Levertijd van bestellingen
Artikelen die op voorraad zijn (dit wordt aangegeven in de webshop) worden binnen enkele dagen geleverd.
Verzendkosten
De vaste bijdrage in de verpakkings- en verzendkosten bedraagt voor artikelen die in een enveloppe passen altijd € 4,25.
De vaste bijdrage in de verpakkings- en verzendkosten bedraagt voor artikelen die als pakket verstuurd moeten worden altijd € 9,75.
De tarieven zijn opgebouwd uit de daadwerkelijke verzendkosten, de verplichte BTW hierover, verpakkings- en handlingskosten. De daadwerkelijke afhandelingskosten zijn een stuk hoger, wij brengen slechts een gedeelte in rekening als tegemoetkoming in de daadwerkelijke kosten.
Afhalen
Je kunt je bestelling ook afhalen. Aangezien wij niet altijd de hele dag aanwezig zijn, is het verstandig om vooraf even via mail of telefonisch af te spreken wanneer je langs kunt komen. Wij hebben een 24/7 goederenbox waarin we je bestelling eventueel kunnen klaarleggen zodat je deze hier op ieder gewenst moment uit kunt halen. Als je hier gebruik van wilt maken, laat het dan na je bestelling even weten via e-mail. Je krijgt dan van ons informatie over de werking van de box.
Retourneren
Onderdelen kunnen, mits ongebruikt en onbeschadigd, binnen 2 weken na bestelling worden geretourneerd. Graag de originele pakbon of een briefje met je gegevens meesturen. Binnen enkele dagen nadat wij het onderdeel hebben ontvangen zal het aankoopbedrag worden teruggestort. De verzendkosten worden niet vergoed.

Reparaties
Repareren jullie alle merken?
Nee, wij repareren alleen kinderwagens en buggy’s van Joolz, Easywalker, Bugaboo en Maclaren.
Wij hebben geen ervaring met andere merken en hebben hier dan ook geen onderdelen van.
Iedere fabrikant heeft een eigen ontwerp. Gebruikte onderdelen verschillen per fabrikant en zijn nagenoeg nooit uitwisselbaar met andere merken.
Kan ik zo maar langs komen voor reparatie?
Nee, je kunt niet zo maar langskomen, wij werken op afspraak. Als je zonder afspraak binnenloopt bestaat de kans dat je moet wachten tot we tussendoor even tijd hebben. Mogelijk hebben we helemaal geen tijd en kom je voor niets.
Wanneer kan ik langskomen voor reparatie?
Je kunt op donderdag en zaterdag, uitsluitend op afspraak, langskomen voor reparaties. Dit kan van 09:00 tot 17:00.
Bij voorkeur stuur je ons een mailtje met je voorkeur voor een datum/tijd en dan reageren wij daar even op.
Kan ik mijn kinderwagen of buggy ook opsturen i.p.v. er mee langskomen?
Ja dat kan, zorg er wel voor dat je een en ander goed verpakt om beschadiging tijdens transport te voorkomen.
Vergeet niet een briefje o.i.d. bij de wagen te doen, zodat we weten waar de wagen vandaan komt en wat er aan de hand is.
Voor het terugsturen brengen wij de verzendkosten in rekening bovenop de standaard reparatieprijs.
Wanneer het onderstel van een kinderwagen moet worden gerepareerd, kun je de wielen en het stoel/wiegframe eraf halen, deze hoef je niet mee te sturen.
Hoe lang duurt een reparatie?
De meeste reparaties duren maximaal een halfuurtje. Je kunt er dus op wachten en je kinderwagen of buggy gelijk weer gerepareerd meenemen.
Als je je kinderwagen of buggy hebt opgestuurd dan zal deze zo snel mogelijk worden gerepareerd en teruggestuurd, dit kan soms tot een week duren.
Wat met ik doen als ik niet zeker weet wat er defect is?
Stuur ons in dat geval een mailtje met een duidelijke klachtomschrijving en eventueel een foto ter verduidelijking. Wij kunnen dan beoordelen wat er aan de hand is.
Mijn type kinderwagen of buggy staat niet op jullie site, wat nu?
Indien jouw merk er niet bij staat, dan kunnen wij hier helaas geen service op verlenen. Sommige fabrikanten houden het uitvoeren van reparaties en de levering van onderdelen liever in eigen hand.
Kan ik ook alleen de service-onderdelen bestellen?
Dat is helaas niet mogelijk. Wij zijn als service partner van diverse merken contractueel gebonden aan een aantal voorwaarden. Een daarvan is dat wij GEEN losse service-onderdelen mogen verkopen. De reden hiervan is dat een aantal reparaties dusdanig cruciaal is, dat fabrikanten deze reparaties niet door gebruikers zelf willen laten uitvoeren. Dit heeft alles te maken met de veiligheid van je kind en aansprakelijkheid bij ondeugdelijke reparatie.
Hoe lang is de garantie op een Maclaren Buggy?
Een Maclaren buggy wordt standaard geleverd met 2 jaar fabrieksgarantie. Let wel dat niet alle defecten onder garantie worden afgehandeld, details staan in de garantievoorwaarden van Maclaren.
Wanneer je tijdens de garantieperiode en klacht hebt dan moet je deze direct bij Maclaren aanmelden. Dit kan via onderstaande link:

Ik ontvang geen bevestigings e-mail?
Waarschijnlijk houdt je spam filter onze e-mails tegen. Check je map met spam e-mail en voeg ons e-mail adres toe aan je adresgegevens.
iDeal geeft een foutmelding “This site has been blocked from using a plugin in an unsafe manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly.” Wat moet ik doen?
Als je ABN AMRO klant bent en Google Chrome als browser gebruikt, kan het zijn dat je bovenstaande foutmelding krijgt. Dit is op te lossen door de nieuwste versie van de ABN E.dentifier2 software versie 1.06 te installeren.
Kan ik ook vanuit Belgie bestellen?
Ja dat kan, wij versturen wereldwijd. Als Belgische klant kun je eenvoudig afrekenen via Paypal of MrCash.
Levertijden
Wat is de levertijd van mijn bestelling?
Wanneer in onze webshop een artikel “Op voorraad” aangaf dan zul je je bestelling binnen enkele dagen ontvangen. Wij versturen nagenoeg altijd dezelfde werkdag of de werkdag na je bestelling. Helaas hebben wij geen invloed op eventuele vertraging bij onze vervoerders.
